The Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is the key body which determines strategic economic priorities in the region. It is comprised of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton which houses over 1.19 million people, hosts 463,000 jobs and generates £21.7bn GVA per annum.
