Black Country Recovery Prospectus

Covid-19 has forced a re-set in Black Country businesses, education institutions, councils and other local institutions. We are determined to use this opportunity to support a local economy in which carbon emissions are cut, sustainable, healthy and inclusive communities are supported and barriers to employment are removed.

We are committed to tackling the challenges we face, most notably the need to ensure that the impact of Covid-19 does not set back the action we are taking to give Black Country businesses and people the skills they need.
