Stand Out Young Champions are a group of young people who are passionate about getting young people’s voices heard. They are aged 18-29 and live or work or study in the West Midlands, England.
Stand Out Young Champions will have an impact on the Stand Out lottery funded programme which seeks to help young people access Birmingham Commonwealth Games time work and volunteering opportunities.
Their role lasts for 16 months. They are trained and supported to manage a steering group of adults and young people alike.
