New bite-sized management and leadership courses launched for Spring and Summer 2016

Due to continuing demand and following the success of the ‘bite sized’ management and leadership courses launched in 2015, the Black Country Skills Factory has launched a further programme of courses for Spring/Summer 2016.

The programme of courses reflects the current training needs of Black Country companies and is suitable for operational leaders within manufacturing companies.
Course topics include: Management of Production Efficiency, Lean, Control of quality in the Workplace and Problem Solving and Decision Making and will all be held at a manufacturing business in the Black Country.
