Meet Our Board, featuring Ninder Johal

Ninder Johal is responsible for communicating the LEP vision and engages with businesses and all partners. Ninder is Managing Director of Nachural Communications and HRA Loudspeakers.

Ninder’s business experience covers creative, services and manufacturing. Nachural recently launched HRA loudspeakers for professional audio. HRA are completely manufactured in the Black Country and, in 2014, a consumer speaker will be on sale.

Premier music label

Nachural Records continue to be the premier music label in the UK for bhangra music, having signed up most major acts in the UK and continuing to innovate by becoming the first label to have its music licensed to the X-Box console launch with two of its acts.

Ninder was responsible for the cross-over into the mainstream charts of bhangra music back in 2003 with the widely popular Munde to Backhe. He is currently Chair of the Black Country Asian Business Association and performs as a tabla player with bhangra band Achanak.
