Inclusive Leadership Pledge

Businesses are requested to sign the West Midlands Combined Authority's Inclusive Leadership Pledge and commit to actions to deliver enhanced diversity and inclusion of their workforce.

The pledge has been created by business following the WMCA’s Leadership Commission Report, which found a deficit between the region’s leadership and the diverse communities they are empowered to represent. The aim is to share the message of why diversity matters and create a way in which organisations in the West Midlands could identify who was interested and working towards this agenda.
