High Speed Rail and Connected Cities report published

The Independent Transport Commission has published a report titled ‘High Speed Rail and Connected Cities: Accessible Places for Growing Economies’, which sets out the regeneration and transport benefits of high-speed rail.

The report provides guidance on ways to enhance the process of urban change by maximising the social and economic benefits that stem from developing an integrated transport system.
