The Black Country Consortium is seeking to recruit an individual with specialist marketing and communications skills to join its new Black Country BeActive Partnership Board. 

The Board is recruiting independent Board Members who will take on a voluntary role for up to 6 days a year. The Board is responsible for increasing participation in sport and physical activity in the Black Country. 

Commenting on the vacancy, the Board Chair and renowned expedition leader, Dr Raj Joshi commented, "We are really interested in understanding how we can market sport and physical activity to people and to promote the value and impact of sport, this is why we are looking to recruiting a marketing specialist on to the Board, to accompany the other skills new Independent Board Members we have recently appointed”.
