Black Country Consortium Ltd  Annual General Meeting

In accordance with paragraph 3.8.3 of the Assurance Framework, the LEP will hold an Annual Stakeholders Meeting and an Annual General Meeting (AGM), both will be publicised, open to the public and include a question and answer session.

The Annual Stakeholders Meeting is held in March to coincide with the publication of the Annual Economic Review and it is intended to continue with the March date for this event.

The AGM will be held on 18th November 2019 after the business of the LEP Board has been transacted.

A notice of the AGM inviting partners and members of the public to attend will be widely distributed through existing networks and the website.

The venue will be the National Metalforming Centre.

The business to be transacted is detailed below: -

  • Confirmation of Appointment of Board Members (to include formal roles)
  • Directors Report 2018
  • Receipt of Annual Accounts
  • Receipt of Audited Accounts
  • Board – Question & Answer Session
