To help you find out more about the Beacon Visionary + Challenge several events will be held over the next few weeks.

Launch Event -9.30am - 11.30am

Are you an SME with a great idea for helping those living with sight loss and other sensory conditions?
Come along to our launch event to find out more about how you can apply for the competition and learn more about what is on offer for the winner.

The morning will feature a workshop session where we look at the competition themes and help on what will make a good application.

Social investment made simple workshop

This session is ideal for those thinking about making a social investment, including products which may come out of the Beacon Visionary + challenge.

Many organisations working to create social impact are in need of flexible types of finance. Attending this social investors round table session aims to improve opportunities to investors and bring investment to organisations aiming to create social impact,

The round table is being led by Nick Comley, Head of Social Finance & Business Development from the Beacon Centre.

9am - 11.30am - Your ideas workshop

This session is for those who have come up with an idea for the Beacon Visionary + Challenge and will help them take decisions on selecting products or services, offer new products or services and direct or manage the operations of a business. 
October 11th, I Centrum Birmingham
9am - 11.30am - Your application workshop

Potential applicants can use this session to have a private review of their idea. 
October 18th, Caparo Innovation Centre, Wolverhampton
All day - application polishing session

For businesses or individuals requiring further advice on submitting an application to the Beacon Visionary Challenge.
