The Growing Places Fund is a revolving fund. This means that further applications can be accepted as funds are repaid. Currently, around £5million is available over the next 12 months from recycled capital and interest from previous funding rounds. This fund is for: projects that have stalled and (subject to funding) would be in a position to proceed on site within 6 months.
The fund is available for investment in capital projects, including land, property and infrastructure and is open to private and public sector organisations as well as people with a legal interest of a site within the Black Country.
